These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SendBilling (“we”, “us”) covering your use of our website and software. By creating an account you accept these Terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use SendBilling. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@sendbilling.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SendBilling to:
- Send spam, phishing, or any unsolicited bulk email.
- Invoice for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity.
- Upload malware, viruses, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, usually after giving notice. For severe or ongoing abuse we may act without notice.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you create in SendBilling — invoices, customers, templates, attachments. You grant us the limited license needed to store, transmit, and display that content in order to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription and billing
4.1 Plans
SendBilling offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Lifetime). Plan details and pricing are shown at our pricing pageand may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
4.2 Charges and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Polar.sh. Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew every year. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewal. Renewals continue until you cancel.
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription anytime from the Billing page. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for; we don't pro-rate partial periods.

5. Service availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Polar.sh, Resend, Vercel) or events outside our control.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, or expose us to legal risk. After termination we delete your data on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
SendBilling's software, brand, design, and documentation belong to us. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. SendBilling is not a substitute for accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, taxes, and totals you produce.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction listed on our support page. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts. If you live in the EU or UK, this clause does not deprive you of consumer protections you're entitled to under local law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that means you accept the revised Terms.
