Refund Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026

We want you to be happy with SendBilling. If something isn't working out, the following refund rules apply.

1. Free plan

The Free plan is free. There's nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

2. Pro Monthly & Pro Yearly

2.1 14-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your first charge — no questions asked. Email billing@sendbilling.com from the address on your account and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

2.2 After 14 days

Past the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable — you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

For yearly subscriptions, we'll pro-rate a refund for unused full months if you cancel within the first 3 months and provide a reason (so we can learn from it). After 3 months, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is non-refundable. Because you receive permanent access to Pro features (including all future updates) the moment payment clears, we don't offer refunds on this plan — please be sure before you buy. Try the Free plan first to confirm SendBilling fits your workflow.

4. Exceptions where we always refund

  • Service outages. If SendBilling is unavailable for a sustained period that materially affects your usage, contact billing — we'll credit or refund.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges. Mistaken charges (double-billed, charged after cancellation, wrong plan) are always refunded in full.
  • Unauthorized charges. If your card was used without your permission, we'll work with you and the payment processor to reverse the charge.

5. How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method via our billing provider Polar.sh. Your bank typically posts the refund within 5–10 business days.

6. Disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please email us — most issues can be resolved within a day. Chargebacks issued without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
